What's the difference between the three iGUIDE packages? The main differences are floor plan detail and features. Instant includes an AI-generated floor plan — fast and affordable for straightforward listings. Standard adds accurate laser-measured floor plans with ANSI-compliant area calculations, which is what most agents and MLS platforms require. Premium adds fixture and appliance detail to the floor plan plus VR compatibility for the most immersive buyer experience.
How long does an iGUIDE scan take? Scan time depends on the size of the property. Most homes up to 2,000 sq ft take 45–60 minutes to scan. Larger properties take longer — plan for approximately 20–30 minutes per additional 1,000 sq ft.
How is the tour delivered? Via a shareable link through HDPhotoHub, typically within 48 hours of the scan. The link works on any device and can be embedded directly into MLS listings, your website, and social media.
Can iGUIDE be added to an existing media package? Yes — iGUIDE can be booked as a standalone service or added to any media package. Visit the Services page for full à la carte pricing.
Is iGUIDE accepted by the MLS? Yes. iGUIDE's ANSI-compliant measurements meet the standards required by most MLS platforms. The Standard and Premium packages include the certified area calculations needed for MLS compliance.
